Key, code and ID… what is the difference?

In your I-Rent account under administrator information you have all the necesary information to collaborate with other parties; your unique key, code and SysId. But what is the difference?

The key is internal for collaborations within your account and to add any company to your list of agents, i-rent.net users as well as external parties. More information about how to collaborate you can find on our help website.

The code and SysId on the other hand you need to give to the external websites. That way they can receive your information. How to publish on external websites you can find here on our help websites.

How do I take a property off the I-Rent websites?

In case you don´t want to publish the accommodation any longer, go to I-Rent webs distribuition, mark hidden for the accommodation and click on save.

If it´s one accommodation you want to take off the websites you can also go to the list accommodations, right mouse click on the accommodation, choose “Publish on I-Rent websites” and click on Cancel publication.

How can I take an accommodation off collaborators and external websites?

In case you don´t want to publish the accommodation any longer, go to web distribuition, collaborators / external websites, mark hidden for the accommodation and click on save.

If it´s one accommodation you want to take off the websites you can also go to the list accommodations, right mouse click on the accommodation, choose “Publish on collaborators websites”, choose hidden and click on save. For external websites choose “Publish on external websites” and click on Cancel publication.

How can I take an accommodation off my website?

In case you don´t want to publish the accommodation any longer, go to web distribuition, my websites and mark hidden for the accommodation and click on save.

If it´s one accommodation and yours that you want to take off the websites you can also go to the list accommodations, right mouse click on the accommodation, choose “Publish on your websites”, unmark the website(s) and click on save.

Where can I find the publication requests sent to me by collaborators?

The requests sent to you by collaborators asking you to publish their accommodations can be found at the menu web distribution (under accommodations) in the list pending for my websites.

How do I know if I want to accept the accommodation of an collaborator on my website?

At the menu web distribution (under accommodations) where among others the accommodations are shown pending for publication, you can find information about the accommodation by clicking on the name, this helps you to decide.

Do I need to accept the accommodations publication when the collaborator renovates his publication for my website?

Once you accepted the publication of an accommodation of an collaborator you don´t need to do so again next time. When he renovates the publication after one year you will be informed but you do not need mark this visible or hidden again in web distribuition. In case you don´t want to publish the accommodation any longer, go to web distribuition, my websites and mark hidden for the accommodation and click on save.

My collaborator does not have or work in the same languages as I do, can he still publish on my website?

Yes he can because he also in his account has the possibility of creating descriptions in all languages and in the language he needs to publish with you (remember for an accommodation to be shown it needs the description in that particular language).
