How do they work?

A visitor, who wants to book an accommodation, will go into a booking procedure on the Eurorelais site. For assistance regarding the booking process the client can contact the EuroRelais call center.

The booking transaction and the after sales service have to be offered by the partner agency. As well the payment procedure will be handled by the partner agency. Rental contracts have to be concluded directly between the partner agency and the client. The partner agency is bound by contract to settle the full booking process including debt collection of the bookings (direct encashment).

The booking will be placed directly in the i-rent.net account of the rental agency.

What does it cost?*

Eurorelais charges a commission per booking to be negotiated.
