Accommodation authorizations

If you have created a login for the owner and/or a login for the keyholder of the accommodation (in the menu People => Owners or Keyholder), then you can specify certain authorizations for the login per accommodation by clicking with your right mouse click on the accommodation in list accommodations.

For the Owner, you can specify whether he may give discounts and up to what percentage. This way the owner can create himself a discount with his login for example when he sees on his calendar that next week is still available for rent. He doesn´t need to contact you for placing the discount, this will save you time. The discount he places will lower the sales and the purchase price proportional so the agreement you have maintains.

For the Keyholder you can specify to which parts he’ll be given access to. For the owner this is already determined when creating the login but as the keyholders rights can vary per accommodation you fill this in on the accommodation level. If you grant the keyholder also the right to create discounts this will be upto the same percentage as the owner above.

Click Manage Owner’s login or Manage Keyholder’s login to view or modify the login credentials. You will go directly to the menu item People => Owners or People => Keyholder.
